The PRIME Automatic Edge Bander is an advanced piece of equipment designed for precision edge banding applications. This automatic edge bander features a GE 1620 J PRIME model that offers adjustable workpiece thickness for electrical edge banding. With a minimum workpiece width of 60mm and a maximum workpiece length of 120mm, this machine can handle various sizes efficiently. It can accommodate workpiece thicknesses ranging from 10mm to 60mm and supports PVC edge band tape thickness from 0.4 to 3mm. The edge bander comes with a conveyor feed speed of 14mtr to 23mtr per minute and a 2kg glue tank capacity. Equipped with multiple motors for pre-milling, end cutting, rough trimming, fine trimming, and buffing, this machine ensures a high-quality finish.
